The tutor was helpful once he was able to get my program running. But, the actual tool was not terribly easy to use, particularly the chat window. It wouldn't let resize it and at one point I completely lost the typing box as well as the bottom of the conversation. I had to minimize and re-open to bring it back.

So, during the session, it did feel like the tutor had a hard time understand what my actual issue was. I've had to explain where we were in class, and even asked if I had properly done a user prompt, which, is basic programming knowledge for ANY language, not just JavaScript, and that felt slightly insulting.
