It was such a pleasure using your system for the interview process. I have experience with system implementation of different softwares such as messaging and video functionalities for membership members. Also, system implementation for Payroll, HR, finance such as Accounting. The functionalities your system offers to students are great! As a part-time learning coach being able to communicate with the student(s), teachers, and staff requires appropriate system software's and update customization. Your system has messaging, and voice functions that work well with the students and staff. Another great feedback is that Darius was a great interviewer/tutor. He was very professional and pleasant, which demonstrated excellent communication skills and navigation of software. He transitioned smoothly between each phase or steps within the interview process. Darius was very professional and the questions were relevant and thorough without being redundant. The only critique I have is in one place, one of the documents provided mentions scheduling an interview in advance, but then when I followed the link it had you hop in line for an on-demand interview that same day. Additionally, some of the prep documents did not mention the need to review a tutoring session prior to the interview. I had to find that on a separate document. Essentially, I am saying a lot could be done to make sure the prep work and process to complete an interview is more clear and consistent everywhere it is presented.

The software and page were really intuitive and easy to learn. Most things were smooth aside from the fact that when I would type in the chat, the curser would occasionally jump around or highlight random bits of text, making it hard to communicate via chat.
