If you cant help on a quiz, thats fine. However, ending chat feels unproductive if I can still ask general questions to help with my understanding of a concept on a quiz. I dont need you to give me numbers or answer the question for me, but I would have still liked help understanding casualty in general and how to remove insurance correctly from the general calculation.

It kept preloading to an old session doc that was sent 20 months. S please fix the system, because it was pointless to have a service but no be able to share your screen to get the help neeeded. I almost gave up, but Stacey helped me by allowing me to read the problem out loud to her. Thank you again stacy
