Hey this was awesome! About 2 years in and it's the first time I've ever used the service. I usually just slam my head against the wall until it all clicks but this was much faster. My recommendation would be that someone make a greater effort to advertise this service to online students. Specifically I think they should show students the service in action. Some people have an aversion to things like this and showing them just how easy and painless it is could go a long way. I wish I had used it sooner. The tutor I got was great. Understood my issue very quickly and helped clarify the assignment. Thank you that guy! I'll try to remember your name next time!!

I know that it is kind of hard to have every subject online and I was lucky my tutor was able to help me but the list of topics is kind of limited at least for the CS program. I picked help with javascript because i am doing web services but my problem wasnt exactly with javascript but my nvm and node.js and getting it to load. if there was a way to diversify the topics that i might need help with i think that would go a long way to helping students find the right support

The tutor didn't offer a proper explanation in debugging the code as there is no clear correlation as to why display is causing that. It just seems we went in circles. I wish they were clearer.
