I think that this service is great, but I have one issue with it. When the tutor is typing, it gives a message saying that they are typing. However, I feel like it would say that they are typing for a long time, then randomly it would stop saying that, say it again, then stop, and then it would finally send. I think that if this were a little more consistent, my experience could've been much better.
