Career Experience
My teaching experience first began during my undergraduate degree, where I tutored technical writing. Upon completing my degree, I moved to Spain for a year to teach English at a primary school. I went for a master’s degree while continuing as an ESL teacher, both privately and in exam prep academies. I now work as a child therapist and writing tutor for Tutor.com, and I couldn't be happier!
I Love Tutoring Because
it allows me the opportunity to be a valuable resource, encourage creativity, and to empower students to build their confidence. I also recognize that writing, especially more technical writing, isn’t everybody’s idea of fun and that it can be tedious, so I love knowing I can facilitate that process for students, at the same time making it more enjoyable and efficient.
