Career Experience
As a professor, I teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, applying evidence-based and innovative pedagogical methods. In addition to my academic role, I work as a data and people science consultant. I use advanced statistical and computational tools, such as SPSS, R, Python, and SQL, to analyze large-scale survey data and generate insights and recommendations for clients across various sectors and regions. I also contribute to the development and validation of psychometric instruments and assessments, ensuring their reliability and validity.

For me, tutoring is more than just imparting knowledge – it's about building relationships, fostering curiosity, and creating a safe space for students to explore and make mistakes. I believe that every student has unique strengths and challenges, and it's my job as an educator to tailor my approach to meet them where they are.
